I WON'T BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND HAVE ALSO SAID AS MUCH TO A DOZEN OTHERS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A GOOD USED VEHICLE IN THE PAST YEAR.

Recently bought a used car here. Was pressured to decline any warranty, and was misled about the car's condition and history.

Very warm and welcoming and very professional.

I strongly recommend finding a vehicle elsewhere. I will not be buying another vehicle here.

AVOID. SLEAZY COMPANY.

I bought 02 chevy truck with 100k for part time use to tow a little trailer, haul a few sheets of plywood here and there as well as deer when hunting. In about two months I put new shocks on which i knew where shot from the start and was ok with ($$$). But within the last 9 months (7k miles since purchase and no hunting or towing yet) I'm finding after replacing front shocks that the front axles have a lot of lateral movement ($,$$$), brakes ($$$), spark plugs hadn't been changed at 100k miles like they should be ($$), new power window motor ($$), etc., etc.

Vehicle's transmission slips. There's an emissions issue and a suspension issue. Check engine and tire pressure lights are stuck on due to faulty sensors. Vehicle leaks brake fluid. None of this was apparent during my test drive.

I paid one of their mechanics to install a new AC compressor (cause of no-crank condition). Mechanic was very unprofessional and was days late (by his own estimation) with everything. He worked on my car from his house.

Terrible place to buy your next vehicle. they do very shotty work and hide alot of upcoming problems. After i signed all my papers they then tell me there is a problem with the gas tank, they assured me they would fix it at their own cost. i brought it back, they said it was all fixed, nope still broke. i had a qualified mechanic look at it and he they did a messy job and didnt fix the problem. i had him do it and Village Auto wouldnt re-imburse me for that like they had verbally agreed to. Within 2 months of purchasing I had to stick another $3400 into it. This is a $16k vehicle not a little piece of junk so there shouldnt have been that many problems with it. Lesson learned, I will never buy from these crooks again.

Like others have said, many underlying issues, misled about the true condition of the vehicle, shotty work, bare minimum done to be able to sell the vehicles (said after purchase by former employee).

Two weeks after the vehicle was repaired, it's a no-start again - even with jumping.

Tom at Oconto and the people at the highway 29 location were great to work with!

Salesman was very dodgy about addressing my concerns and very condescending when he did.

Ultimately I bought a truck that I could have found on Craigslist for many thousands less. Instead I paid dealership price plus many $'s beyond the norm in a short period of time. I'm certainly glad I have other daily driver vehicles to get to work in and that I paid a bit extra for a warranty for these big $ items that need fixing. I doubt I will trust this truck after the warranty is up and won't trust this place to buy another vehicle from. In fact my wife was in an accident and needs a new car (reminder to write the review) and this place isn't even in consideration as a place to look for one.

When I finally got my car back, the serpentine belt was improperly installed, and I needed to jump the vehicle every time I needed to start it. Battery is adequately charged, and is not the issue.

In under 1 month, the car was a no-star. This was after fixing misfires due to ancient, welded-on spark plugs and a dark brown air filter.
